"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. "We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"Very poor coordination 1) Book for 2 bedroom apartment and was given studio apartment at first. Request to check the booking thereafter given the correct after abt 1 hr delay. 2) Condition far from expected. Very rundown and lot of cockroch. 3) No wifi connection as advertise. "

"The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. "

"The wardrobe door can't be open nor close properly as it was stuck; the shower was clogged with hair, with stain on the sofa and toiletries that seems to be left behind by previous occupants. Oh... Not to forget, the toilet paper was missing and the WiFi is not working. If you chose payment direct to owner, please make sure you carry enough cash with you. Card is NOT an option. "We enjoyed our 4D3N stay immensely; it was rustic, quiet, and simply beautiful. The staff are professional, helpful, and attentive. I had an accident and the GM personally attended to my needs. Got a car to send me to the resort clinic and back within the hour. The security is impressive, and this place is perfect for that peaceful getaway where you do not need to be stressed over small matters."

Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach, an IHG Hotel

"Indigo @ Bintan Lagoi Beach is a newly opened hotel as of October 2024 and an absolute gem. There are some ongoing works as of December 2024 and the list of water related activities can increase. The main standouts are the amazingly designed rooms. Each is an ocean view with wood and island living themes. They are aesthetically pleasing and you’ll want to spend as much time in the room as much as the restaurant, pool and other areas. Getting around is easy and walkable. Bikes and buggies are available! We rode the bikes to and fro from our hotel room to the restaurant called Sugarbeats. The food is outstanding. We did not even need to leave the property once because of the quality and taste of the food. Recommended is the local Indonesian dishes where the chef excels in. Other fare options were good too! 5/5 will revisit!"

Best value for money pool villa

"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! The pool at the Signature villa is nice and big. There are also 2 bathrooms with 2 separate bathtubs and showers for our 2 bedroom villa. The cleanliness level could be improved, but all in all we had an enjoyable stay."
