"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "Hotel staff were all friendly. They offer good parking, which was fantastic for our motorbike We were in room 5. It was clean, a good size. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was nice. They have a restaurant and there's plenty of places to eat nearby. We would go back! "

"On our way back to the UK we were looking for an overnight stay and booked this Best Western Plus, Le Picardy. This has to be one of the nicest Best Western Hotels. A wonderful and kind welcome from Luana, who also recommended a lovely restaurant a minute’s walk away called La Huit 8. We were upgraded to a very spacious bedroom & bathroom. I would definitely recommend "

"Excellent. I liked the self checkin, even the automatic up sell for the breakfast. My room was very neat, tidy and clean. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, blackout curtains, nice tv and it was easy to park. Breakfast was great btw. I’d stay again."

Lovely hotel.

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. Most staff speak some English which is good when you are tired after a long journey and seem to have forgotten any french you knew. The beds was lovely and comfortable and the French external blinds cut out noise and light for a peaceful sleep. The room and ensuite bathroom are clean. The breakfast is continental with plenty to choose from and includes cereal, yoghurt and fruit. There were some eggs, bacon and sausages and a toaster. Coffee very good from the machine. There is also tea and hot chocolate available although no drink making facilities in the rooms. The restuarant serves a variety of starters, mains and desserts and there is a discount for two and three courses. There is no lift to rooms on the second and third floors but there are a few ground floor rooms. Staff will help you with your bags if required."
