We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Davis House Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. It's walking distance to several restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

I’ve stayed in $300 plus rooms in my life and have had my feet dirty from carpet. This place I felt like I could eat off the floor. Everything is spotless. The owners are laid-back. The views just feet away with a private beach area for your sunsets and sunrises were a definite unexpected touch. Highly recommended to all my family and friends when they visit now.

Wonderful boutique hotel near Sebastian's restaurant row. Clean spacious room with a view of the Indian River, including a gated dock. Had an excellent time.

Great place - Lots to do

It was great. Great location, interesting area with lots to do. Watched the sunrise from a table and chairs just outside the room. Sat on the beach and watched the birds. Great experience.

A gem in Sebastian

The Davis House is a fine place to stay, it is comfortable,clean,and safe. The owner Kyle provides everything you need. the wraparound rooms provide nice privacy and its close to the river and many dinning options and lots of free self parking close to rooms.
