The property was adequate for my stay near the airport. The shuttle worked great. Everything was clean except the carpet in my room had some stains. There is no breakfast, but they did have good coffee.

I had the most horrible experience. I checked in the the Seattle airport Red Roof Inn and to say that the experience was horrible, would be an understatement. I knew immediately when I got onto the shuttle from the airport and there was an odor of the van, this wasn’t going to be pleasant. The lobby was subpar to say the least, and when I got into my room, I immediately called the front desk and asked if other rooms looked like mine. The rooms are not what is advertised on their website. I’ve also taken pictures. She told me “pretty much” and I asked what “pretty much” meant and she got an attitude and said they are all the same. I immediately contacted Expedia and informed them that I couldn’t stay longer and they reached out to the property, to which there was no response. Expedia informed me there was nothing they could do. I immediately booked the Courtyard by the Marriott and had an amazing experience. Expedia emailed me to inform me there would be no refund, even though I booked the hotel for 4 nights, left the next morning and paid for the Marriott for three nights. Expedia has all of this information and still refuses to at least honor the three days I didn’t stay there. If this isn’t resolved I plan on leaving horrible reviews about my experience on Red Roof Inns online and Expedia. Expedia has the receipts of me paying for two rooms at the same time.

Surprisingly little noise from airport considering how close it is. - No frig in MW in room. -Housekeeping did not clean coffee pot, there was used bag of grounds in it. -Online it says they serve hot breakfast but there is NO breakfast.

The drink vending machines in the hotel did not work. There very limited dining options within walking distance and the two restaurants they provide room service menus for do not answer their phones. I walked to one of them to get food and it was horrible.

Very average property. Convenient to airport. Stayed 2 times in 2 weeks and was charged $15 more 2nd time for parking? Another front desk clerk was very helpful when the laundry dryers for guest use wouldn’t work after we had used the washers. She took us to the dryers they use for the hotel, which was greatly appreciated!
