This was the nicest, cleanest hotel i have stayed at. The staff was very helpful, the surrounding area had lots of restaurants and was a safe part of town. We had a show at climate pledge arena and it was a five minute walk. The breakfast was as good as youd get at a restaurant and the rooms were set up nicely. We will definitely come back to stay whenever we are in town. Highly recommend!

I will choose this hotel again for Waterfront trips! A little overdue for a facelift - the room was outdated and could use some decor and ambiance, but it was comfortable, clean, safe, and the folks were kind. Parking onsite in a private and secure garage with in and out privileges was great, even for the price (which is average for Seattle). The complementary breakfast was fresh and hot, frequently refreshed, and the service staff was happy and helpful.

Overall experience was good; it was close to where we were going and had a nearby restaurant/beer hall. But not much else in the way of nearby restaurant or bar options. Appreciated the availability of breakfast in the hotel. The room was cold when we first came in, but heated up pretty quickly, although the single blower vent did not even distribute the heat through-out the suite.

Good area and really nice staff. The room was really spacious and pillows were super comfy. However the bedding was very thin and uncomfortable. The pull out couch sofa bed was covered in crumbs and hair when we pulled it out and there was a hair on the shower gel in the shower. The walls are very thin and the maids are VERY loud and slammy in the morning.

Hotel was above our expectations! Large room plus kitchen and living space was amazing. Some hardware pieces could be replaced and they were cracked but everything was functional, clean and comfy. Board games were a nice plus for cold nights and the pub right behind the hotel was delicious and perfectly located. Road the scooters anywhere we didn’t want to walk in the rain but everything was close, space needle, beach front, arena, market place all within 2 mile walks.
