The property looks good when you first walk in. Our room seemed clean until we saw hair in the drain and stains on the tables and furniture. I needs a major updating in the rooms. The elevators are down to one when it was working. Staff was great stay away from the pool!

Overall our stay was Ok. The building was clean, our room and bed were clean. Now for the not so good, after a good night sleep woke up to get ready for our day to find out there was no hot water in the shower, I called the front desk twice to let them know and ask if we could move to a different room to use the shower. No body answer either time, so we ended up taking cold showers. The elevator was also an issue, 1 out of the 3 elevators was working so there was a lot of waiting involved. As we were checking out I notified the person at the front desk about the hot water and cold showers, he didn't seemed to care and said we would notify the engineer. Hopefully they take care of the issue before someone else ends up take a cold shower.

Overall the rooms were OK aside from slow drains (every hotel), it's the lobby...the furniture is worn and ragged, torn lounge chairs, worn out desk chairs, it's not at all the look and feel I expected. Frankly it was embarrassing; I hosted and paid for 9 business travelers and this is the experience they got. The pictures verses what you get...I won't do it again, there are much better properties for the same or less money. InterUrban just down the road has a stellar bar, clean lobby, nice rooms for the same and more often less money
