I was so happy with my choice at citizenM. Every staff member was welcoming and friendly. The location being across the street from pier shopping and ferry rides was absolutely a plus. It’s walkable to Pike Place Market and the Aquarium. Very modern and eclectic and it was just what I needed. I truly would recommend!

I was booked through Expedia for 6 nights. The hotel was unacceptable in a very unsafe area and no parking onsite. I checked out after one night and was told I’d be refunded for the remaining nights. Expedia was a complete disappointment. They never contacted CitizenM to get my refund. After years of using Expedia - I won’t use them again. The one time I have a problem and they do nothing.

We had never heard of CitizenM Hotels, but when we had an emergency need for a room around 8pm, we were met by a very friendly and helpful staff. Small but extremely comfortable and spotless room. We had a spectacular view of the ferry building and enjoyed watching boats coming and going. My husband slept for 7 hours (he usually only gets 5 hours of sleep). Easy walk to Lumen Field one direction and Pike Place the other direction.

The premises are impeccably clean. Check-in and out is so convenient. Some of the staff are extremely helpful. However, the neighborhood is really unsafe. If you are planning to use public transportation, forget it, because the closest stations are pretty shady, day and night.
