Clean property with plenty of space. Nice rooftop space with views of downtown. The garage space and parking is very nice, but may be challenging for large SUVs or full size pickups.

Central Seattle Modern Home Review
Fantastic place to stay, very clean and modern. Very nice rooftop patio with city views. Centrally located, but not many stores or restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again.

The restrooms did not have a curtain to cover the windows in them and the bedroom on the first floor didn’t have an AC like the rest of them rooms. The parking was very tight.

The property was great! The only down side was that the code key for the door that was given to us didn’t work, the code for the pad lock for actual key didn’t work and the code for the garage didn’t work. We had to stay outside in the cold for 45 mins until they were able to get a hold of the property manager who then opened the door door for us.

great location... parking was tight but i guess its expected for the area (at least we had a garage). the place it self was in great shape very comfortable! easy to get in and out with the provided app... was really impressed with the ease of it all!

Beautiful. Iffy communication.
The place is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect for my group of 4 and could fit 6 people. Sofa bed would not be recommended but they do provide an air mattress. We requested one while booking and they DID NOT provide it during stay even though they made note of it. Also it was noted that they would leave the garage opener on the counter and that was missing as well. I recommend others to keep reminding them of your needs and contacting the “front desk” was easy on the required app.

Really nice!
We loved the apartment! The apartment was really clean and very complete with a lot of space. The location was normal, could have been better but not bad. I would recommend it specially for families and group of friends.
