Lovely place despite a few issues.
"The overall experience at the Garden Rooms was good. We would return, though there were a few things which disappointed us. The large sliding doors to the outside were very difficult to open. We are not feeble but it was almost impossible to slide due to being very heavy and stiff. The room itself ..."

Very friendly locals. The Old Ship Inn is a great place to eat. Lovely atmosphere. Great area for coastal walks and easy access to nearby places.

Lovely Italian restaurant called Elan, very reasonably priced and good selection of pasta and pizza. The Bamburgh Castle pub has a nice outside seating area overlooking the harbour and Farne Islands.

Loved it, good mix of shops and eateries - best place to go for a drink is The Ship - great atmosphere & either you'll bump into someone you know or be able to talk new people as it's cosy instead and like no other. Best shop: the Farne shop.
