"I loved the amenities at this hotel. Beautiful secluded beach, awesome pool for my little ones (shallow area, lazy river), awesome poolside bar options and music. Breakfast options were plentiful! One specific house keeping employee was quite rude 2 separate early mornings when we were not ready for them so I removed one star on service but the other house keeper was very kind. Loved the restaurants, coffee options, drinks and ice cream!"

"Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. "

"It was very clean. The only thing that kept me from writing five stars on everything was the A/C unit in our room was a little noisy at times. Probably needs some maintenance done on it. Also, the tub is very slippery. "
