We booked this hotel due to good reviews; however, I am not sure how anyone gave higher than a 2 star review. The whole building has a weird smell from your initial entering. The room had cobwebs and thick layers of dust on the curtains, lamp shade, etc. the lotion was very clearly used. Towels are super small and gave us just 3 even though we had 4 guests. A big reason we chose this hotel was also the breakfast which was included. Well not even my two kids could stomach the food and the waffle iron must had never been cleaned because thinking it was a safe bet, it came out black from a very dirty waffle iron. We had to go down the street to a coffee shop to get an actual coffee and small breakfast. Very disappointed and would highly not recommend for the almost $200 we paid for one night.

Room was on 4 floor with elevator directly next to room so the noise of the elevator going up and down was so loud all night long There was a truck running below in the ally all night The room had NO hairdryer. When I called they said nope no hair dryer. And asked if I wanted more towels Shampoo/conditioner were not new and not filed entire hotel needs updating

Everyone of the staff were so welcoming. Hotel was nice and clean, quiet. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. Walking distance to the performing arts center. Everything was perfect. Thank you Breakfast was delicious 😋

The staff at the front desk were super. They had lots of information on restaurants and how to get back to the freeway the next day. There was also covered parking for our motorcycles. Much appreciated. The only downside was the breakfast. The food was just okay. I’ve had better at chain hotels.
