"This was a nice place to stay. We were visiting for a family wedding. However, it is a little dated and the walls/floors allowed a lot of noise from other units. People above us were noisy all night, which kept us awake. Mostly just "stomping" noises, but they echoed into our 2nd floor room. However, room itself was quite nice and very large."

"Recently updated, this (now) Grand Hyatt was terrific. Even at full capacity it never felt crazy busy - lots of room at the pools. They were on tail end of a long reno so some food outlets not open. Rooms were big, clean and sunny. Nice Balmain products for those into amenities. Pools are great and kids will love the water slide. Food is good (menus are slightly limited vs something like JW or Fairmont). Service is AMAZING. From the poolside staff to front desk to valet, every single person...
