"The staff were friendly and were able to assist us. We had an emergency and had to leave a day early and they were immediately helpful in getting a refund for the one day we didn't stay. "Shuttle service was truly lacking. Doesn't start until 10:00 a.m.? Sunday service was iffy, so was Mondays. I ended up keeping my rental since they could not promise me shuttle to and from the airport."

"This property is a great location (once you find it as it is behind another hotel) between Bentonville/Rogers. The breakfast was fine (not the worst but not the best I've had). Two very minor suggestions: it was SO HOT in the lobby with the heat cranked on and we had to ask for our room to get tidied after three days as they do not automatically do that on multi-day stays. "
