"Super clean, nice foyer, great beds, nice staff, breakfast available. However the place is showing some wear: elevator has chipped wall board and scratched area as well on some room doors. Heating units need help. Some sound awful and heard them start in other rooms. Chairs are fraying. Side note: Only one key card??? Said it had been weeks since they had enough to give both my spouse and I one. Second day we got a second card."
