Scone Motor Inn is an old-style motel with helpful staff and a handy-to-town location. However the "free" wi-fi is misleading. There is a free limit of 1.5 mb download, which you can almost use up in signing in to any website, and there is a cost after that - so beware! Despite this slightly annoying problem, we enjoyed our stay.

35° day, so worried about power usage still have key that needs to be plugged in to get power working so ac only works when in your room. Bloody hot and uncomfortable. Dearest room in our 3 weeks away and 2nd worst of all. Need to take a leaf out of some of the cheaper.motels books 😡
