"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"Fantastic b and b right in the centre of the old town. Faultless service from start to finish. Room was spacious with a little balcony. Kitchen was an added bonus. The whole team were really friendly and helpful which added to our overall experience. Great breakfast every morning. We ate at the restaurant which serves great food.
