"The hostel location was really close to Buchenkamp U-Bahn station. ALDI supermarket was at the end of the road. The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German). "When I arrived there was no one at reception. Eventually a nice French gentleman came but couldn't find my booking. He did give me a room but had to knock on my door to get to sign in. I always ask for a quiet room. My room faced directly onto the busy main rod outside with trucks and buses etc. passing by all night. At 8.00 am or so they started construction inside the hotel with screaming drills and sawing noises. Never again at Wiking Hotel"
