"I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel! It was our first trip to Switzerland and could not have been a more positive experience. The hotel itself was easy to find which is extremely helpful when in an unfamiliar country. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. It even had a small kicthen and the shower was large enough for 2 people! Certainly not like other parts of Europe. lol The rooms are specially insulated so you don't hear the other guests in their rooms and so also you don't need to worry about being too loud when you come back/are up late. There is easy parking on premises and a small market right next to it for convenience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Such a selection. What makes this place really stand out though is the excellent staff. As American tourists who don't speak the language at times it can be difficult, but here it really did feel like home. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lovely Alina. We will definitely be staying here in future visits. "

"Great choice in the area to explore both sides of the border. It is much cheaper to stay in Germany than Switzerland. A ten minute walk to the Rheinfelden train station on the Swiss side where you can access all of Switzerland. Breakfast is very good, room is up to date and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Elevator is tiny! Several grocery stores nearby. Would like it better if the room to had a fridge. I've stayed here twice and would happily do so again."

"Although the hotel is advertised as having AC in the rooms, which is something not so common on European hotels, and the room did indeed have AC, it was not as cool as it should have been and was informed by the attendant on the Lobby to just open the small window slot to help with cooling the room. We requested a fan, and it was quickly provided, but it was a small little fan that although it helped with some of the cooling of the room, it did not have a meaningful impact. Overall, the hotel was great, for sleeping in, it was somewhat centrally located between the airport and Zurich city center. The hotel did not have free parking as I thought it did, so we ended up with an additional bill that were not expecting at the end. But again, over all the hotel was great. It is connected to a small little mall that has shops, a super market and a food court for lunch and breakfast."

"I booked 2 rooms, mine was very clean and comfortable. My friends room had not been cleaned, there was condoms in the bin, no bottle of water as it had been used and no staff to contact to change room!!!"
