I’m not sure if there were issues with the heating but my room was boiling and I heard other people say theirs was freezing. "You can go to nearest P R in 6 minutes which charges 4 eur daily. And then you can reach to center via metro in 15-20 mins. Area is family friendly and quiet. Breakfast was fine. "This is a gorgeous historic property outside of town near the Klosterneuberg monastery. I chose it because I prefer green historic, authentically Austrian places. The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. Just know what you're in for: It's a 20 minute bus or train ride to Heiligenstadt. It's a place built in the 13th century and can smell a little musty at first and the bathrooms are typically Austrian. Bed and bedding were also AWESOMELY Austrian, breakfast is both authentically Austrian and DELICIOUS, so this is perfect if you want an authentic experience and are comfortable outside of town. "
