"It is small enough to be cozy but large enough to have a good level of service. It was convenient to my destination and close to the main highway. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and the key was at the front desk waiting for me. The room was very clean and everything was in good condition. It was a comfortable bed. "The stay was mostly OK, but there are a few issues. The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I found no proof whatsoever that this claimed "soundproofing" actually exists. Both the noise from the nearby road, which has a lot of traffic even at night, and from the neighboring rooms was quite high. I could clearly hear the cars passing on the road, and the neighbors...

"Everything was great!! Only issue was we asked for an extra pillow and for maintenance to check our A/C because ours was broken. One receptionist that we asked first never brought use the extra pillow and told us maintenance would check out the A/C during the day but they never did. We asked someone else the second night and she immediately brought us the pillow and switched our room instead of having us stay another night in the hot room. Other than the small inconvenience we enjoyed our stay!!"

"Everything was normal at all. I checked in by myself. If you are a solo traveler or just not by your own car, you will be surprised how far hotel is from the central part of the city. The rest was fine."

"We had a wonderful stay here! The staff and hotel were truly exceptional. Our only suggestion for improvement is the air conditioning in our room, which struggled to cool below 25 degrees. This made it challenging for our 10-month-old baby to sleep comfortably at night. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!"

"My daughter and I loved our stay in this hotel. Great location, a few tram stops from the main station, quiet at night although located in the central. The receptionist was nice and helpful .Breakfast was amazing too. Junior suite was spacious and had a nice view of the river. It would be better if there were more staff at breakfast."
