"Very cosy space that did the job. There wasn't a lot of space however we knew what we were getting ourselves into with the pictures on the website. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). Not too far of a walk from transport links so good if you are looking to stay outside of the main city."

"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. "hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels. "

"I was very dissatisfied why my stay with Smart flats. They do respond to the issues you report, but they do not fix them. The elevator was not working and I of course was on the 6th floor! I reported there was no remote for the TV but never got one. I reported no shampoo dispenser, but they never fix it. They of course respond to my reports, but nothing gets done."

"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. "I was working at BRU airport during my stay so the apartment suited my needs fine, may not suit vacation tourists as much. Communication with Ewa prior to my visit was excellent. "The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe. "

"Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

Class at The Hoxton, Brussels!!

"The decor and ambience was perfect! Chilled, cosy and inviting all around the hotel with a nice vibe buzzing with relaxed and interesting guests. TOPE on the roof was a great little Taco paradise with chilled music and great cocktails. The rooms although smaller than anticipated (stayed in Roomy Bath) were clean, with great athestics and a great comfortable bed, and bathroom was great too! Above all else, the staff were great. Helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond!"

"Perfect location for walking to the sights or catching public transit. Front desk staff was oriented and very kind and helpful. Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! Great value for the money!!"
