"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. Otherwise all is awesome thank you All. Danke schon!!!"

"The hotel is just 10min drive from Salzburg Central station. Hotel was very traditional and cozy. It has an antique and authentic touch of Austrian tradition. The staff was very polite and helpful and were dressed in beautiful traditional attire. The hotel room were very grand had had a beautiful balcony view . The breakfast menu was extensive and had vegetarian options as well. The seating arrangements were also beautiful. Overall I loved my stay there and would definitely visit it again."

Die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl hier sehr willkommen zu sein und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch Raphael aus dem spa, der extra für uns 30 Minuten früher zur Arbeit gekommen ist, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen ( es war sonst alles ausgebucht) Echt top!
