They never return emails sent to them prior to our arrival when we had questions. I even asked the staff and they didn’t have an answer. Strange. "

"I don’t have much to say about my stay. Landed late in the evening. It was super easy to get to this hotel from the airport via tram. Basically checked it, went to bed, and headed out early in the morning to the next destination. It was a cute, unique hotel with very friendly staff."

"Overnight stay at the airport just to catch an early flight. Very convenient to be close. Quality of hotel was Radisson standards - very good. It was hard to locate the hotel at the train station level. No signs there. Would add those. "

"Staff was wonderful and the shuttle to the hotel was a huge help! Overall it was exactly as I expected and they even give you a free bottle of water in your room with chocolate on your bed!"

"El hotel todo bien… pero la chica que me atendio 5:00 pm le pregunte por Haidiland para vistar me dijo que me cobraban 60 e y m pidio un taxi, yo crei que iba al lugar y ella le dijo al taxi que nos llevara a itri lugar a Christmas market dijeron que estaba cerca, no sabismos a donde ibamos, ese hombre nos cobro 100euros nos dejo ahi y dijo regresen en tren. Que personal es ese."

"Location, location, location - This hotel is a wonderful location with regards to reaching the airport. If you have a tram pass, it is only two stops from the airport and tram runs every 7 minutes or so. Super simple and convenient. The room is comfortable but this hotel is close to planes, trains, and trams so there is a little noise. Not too bad but it is something to be aware of. We are pleased with our decision to stay here!"
