"We spent three nights there, and all of them were amazing; the homemade breakfast with traditional Sardinian ingredients and typical dishes was delicious. The area has a lot of activities, such as visiting the local museum, Tharros archaeological ruins, flamencos, beaches with quartz sand, and so on. Sa Pintadera Residence is highly recommended. We will repeat it over and over. "

"My son enjoyed our stay in this calm oasis in the middle of nowhere. We actually just stayed put for the two nights and went nowhere. Enjoyed the pool. My son loved playing with the cats. The set dinner included in our stay (a fish and a meat option) was amazing on both evenings and their own wine was very enjoyable. I was disappointed we couldn’t buy any to take home. Would definitely recommend this place and would next time take a trip to the coast as beach is meant to be amazing. "

"Beautiful remote Sardinia, this hotel is set in beautiful, exceptionally kept grounds. Ample parking, a lovely room, beautiful gardens. Staff very welcoming, got by even with little English/Italian. Wish I had been staying for longer than 1 night but this was just a stopover on our way from South Sardinia to the North. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, we went for pizza and it was excellent. Absolute bargain stay, would highly recommend. "

On booking in we were upgraded to a suite (probably to accommodate the many motorcycle and pedal cycle group tours that use the property). The suite was overly large for 2 people, was musty smelling, very dark and overlooked the road with no pleasant view.
