"The check in took way too long, something which we find very annoying. The hotel is miss a bit of coziness. Easy access from the parking area, but a very long walk to reception. We had connecting rooms and the rooms were comfortable and ok in size. "

"Great place, rooms were brilliant but no bar in the hotel and the restaurant opening hours could be improved. Really nice restaurants practically next door and supermarket 10 feet away so I’d highly recommend staying here"

With 5 mins walk to Oslo Opera House and Munch Museum. 10 mins walk to Oslo Central Station and Karl Johan (main shopping area) Convenient: with 2 Joker convenient shops nearby. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Good choice of breakfast buffet. Cons: - no kettle in the room "

"Rooms were clean and comparatively spacious. Housekeeping was a hit and miss. The breakfast staff was however, very good. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay. Location wise, this property is very convenient. "

"Very good location to visit the Lava show and the Fly Over Iceland but also to go to “downtown” Reykjavik. Good restaurant and bar with friendly staff. Only downside was the Christmas dinner only offering a price fix menu that was pricey ."

"We had single rooms with no windows. Perfectly formed little room. Great as a base. Lounge was comfy. Breakfast was great. Catered for vegans and gluten free. The doors in Sweden seem to be heavy wherever you go so the bedroom doors slam quite loudly so you can hear people come back to their rooms at night. "

Great place and romantic atmosphere

"It was great. I had a certain rebate on a hotel night to use and I decided to use it for a romantic day with my Danish boyfriend. The hotel offers many options to make the bedroom more romantic and they even gifted me a bottle of sparkling wine which was rly kind of them. The pool was fun and the sauna as well. Overall a rly nice place to bond with your partner."
