"The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "

"The airconditioning system can only be set at 25degrees. The water washing / dryer can only used when we were out due to the noise from the machine that radiated within the whole room. So we cannot wah and dry during the night. ViP access comes with free parking. "

"Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The hotel is a terrific value for money! It is located a 7-8 minute walk from Zelivskeho metro station, which can then get you to Old Town within 10 minutes. The hotel's restaurant was also very reasonably priced - for dinner, we ordered 1 soup, 3 main courses, 2 drinks, and 2 desserts - all for around 1300 CZK (around 50 EUR)! Great stay!"

"LOVE this hotel, stay there a lot. My only wish is that they would consider upgrading me to a bigger room or sneak me that free bottle of wine they give to other clients that check in. I guess I’m not VIP enough. :("

"It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. "From check-in to check-out, our stay was unexpectedly extraordinary and efficient. The location on the outskirts of Prague may seem to be out of the way but the 2-3 minute walk to the train station makes central Prague only a 15 minute ride away. "Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return. Has some great facilities and offferings at a great price. There is however a few thing that could be improved. TV in room was tiny No air con and was extremely hot during night Fan was provided but too loud to have on at night pool needed cleaned General condition of outdoor seating , benches etc where in need of repair."

"Really nothing to complain about for the price paid for one nights stay here. Room was clean, staff helpful, bar reasonably priced and for the most part it was a quiet night (from about 6am a light sleeper might have had issues). The only negative I’d say was the breakfast (not worth 10€ In my opinion)."

"Lovely hotel with really nice staff. Very modern and well located. Everywhere was spotless. Would happily stay here again. Early check in, birthday Prosecco and luggage storage were much appreciated. Literally the only thing I would change is the TV, very limited English channels and no wifi access on the TV so couldn’t watch Netflix etc. "
