"This place is basically a hotel room. That’s it. Definitely not a resort. They only serve continental breakfast. No lunch. No dinner. The room didn’t have a closet. They only supplied one towel per person. There was nothing to do as you would expect from a resort. Noisy at night. "

"The staff were friendly and as helpful as possible, they quickly gave me a key to a room even though I arrived before the official check-in time and they were quickly to replace it when the door to the first room wouldn't open, they also cleaned up the replacement room as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a good selection of various foods for room service or there were plenty of restaurants with delicious food nearby. I highly recommend to anyone who's visiting...

"The guy at front desk told me he no longer does business with hotels.com. I had already been charged at this point. I end up having to pay cash. I got double charged. Somebody is obviously ripping me off. Not sure if it’s hotels.com or guy at front desk. I have gotten nowhere with hotels.com trying to figure this out thru multiple e-mails and just got hung up on when I called. I will never use hotels.com again. "Savan Resorts is a beautiful hotel thats conveniently located about ten minutes to Savannakhet Airport. When we arrived the staff were attentive and helped us with our bags.
