Great location. Tons of shopping and food choices all around the property within a 10 minute walk. Room was small and simple but clean w a very comfortable bed. Small fridge in room was helpful.

Absolutely spectacular experience. The facilities are amazing and the food at St Neo’s was fantastic. The room was cozy and well appointed. The location is stellar! Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Wonderful property, you don't have to leave the property. Walkable to all of the shopping spots and restaurants. The only thing I would change is the plumbing. You pray a pretty Penny but the if you have to worry about flushing the toilet in your luxury hotel, it's not so luxury anymore.

I recently stayed here for a wedding with a guy I had recently just met — seemed almost like a reality show situation. Nevertheless, the hotel could not have done a better job accommodating us and all being fun and joking around with the exciting opportunity to make us feel welcome. Beautiful hotel well decorated with greenery throughout, parking service was a great bonus, I think my date and I really took advantage of the free champagne each day too and the $10 hotel credit. Loved!

The property is gorgeous and decorated impeccably. However the hotel is on a smaller size, more of a boutique feel. It was conveniently located to all restaurants and shops. Wish the staff would be more friendlier, they all seemed to be frazzled at all times. When asked for anything it was accompanied by an eyeroll.

The hotel room was amazing! All of the decor of the hotel was magical and I felt like I was back in the 1920's. The food was gourment and amazing also! We will definitely be back.

The property itself was nice, the design and aesthetic were awesome, and the location was wonderful. Would stay there again but would note tried to get the main desk on the phone from the room a couple times one night to get some things sent to the room and never had anyone pick up. We also booked a room with a city hall view and was given a room one the other side of the hotel. Which isn’t a huge deal but I picked the option I had originally selected for a reason.

Very quiet and clean, great location across from the river, walk everywhere and free bikes to use. Negatives are unloading your car is awkward in an alley alongside the building and everything in the hotel closes down early. Lobby is nice but needs some upbeat music or something as it’s dead and no one hangs out there.
