Pool is disgusting, rest of the hotel is not far off. In dire need of a renovation. We are from here and visit a couple times a year and this hotel has gone downhill FAST. We booked for the pool for our children and it was gross, the hot tubs were out of order. The smaller pool was a swamp pretty much. Loud and beds are awful. Won’t be back unfortunately.

This hotel needs a major renovation. The rooms are outdated and are full of poor repairs. Cracked doors, peeling wallpaper, loose/broken fixtures, carpet damaged and patches everywhere. Hot tubs are again out of service as was one elevator. Worse than the condition of the hotel was the behavior of staff-we spent three nights here for a hockey tournament (understanding the chaos of tournaments in hotels) the staff needlessly harassed kids and parents throughout the stay including a very unprofessional check in process full of sarcasm and short answers. Will not return.

01-25-25 outdoor hotub and indoor hot tub out of service, no notification on website or even at check-in, even the pool lounger area is blocked off. Inquired with reception about a discount or breakfast voucher because of missing amenities, told against policy. Connected with Expedia customer service who contacted the hotel on behalf, hotel refused to acknowledge my concern. So glad I booked with Expedia and not the hotel directly as Expedia cared more about my experience then hotel did.

The members for the spa make the hotel look and feel even worse. Joints and butts tossed all around outside, the hot tub was loaded with hair. The members that come to the hotel are rude and distasteful and talk about how run down the hotel and how bad the food is .
