Guy at front desk was nice but the rooms where dirty, the bedsheets and towels had stains on them and where not properly washed. And worst of all an entire colony of disgusting cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom in and under everything. They need to bring in an exterminator. Would not recommend and if you do stay make sure you don’t bring in food and check everything before you leave. Will not be staying there again .

The young man in the office was kind and understanding. The room, however, was gross. I had booked a non-smoking room *presuming* it would be smoke-free but it was very not. I have severe allergies to smoke. When I entered the room I was unable to breathe. I knew immediately I would not be able to stay. We also found cockroach carcasses and poop in the drawers of the furniture, there were visible holes on the bedding, and my daughter could see the mold on the shower curtain before even entering the bathroom. I made the mistake of booking a non-refundable price so I lost my money. I requested a refund but was refused. I would think if the information provided by the property states "Bel-Air Motel offers smoke-free rooms", then it should be smoke-free. There is no mention any smoking policy or designated smoking areas anywhere on the booking page. Oh, and there are no carpets. In fact, it looked more like a hospital room than a motel room, except it did not look to have even been cleaned before we arrived. Very stark, smelly, and dirty.

1. Make bed by used dirty sheets with blood and filthy spots on 2. Bed bugs found on sleeping stuff 3. Front desk people refused to give clean bedding sheets 4. Heater broken and room is cold, but they didn't give more blankets 5. Couldn't stay there and leave the motel, they didn't refund any money In all, this terrible motel doesn't qualify basic living standards

I could barely sleep because of the noise, and room was dirty with weird smell. To top it off, my room heater didn't work for entire time; outside temperature dropped to 6 degree Celsius overnight.

I was in town for a week for a last minute work trip, and this was the last room in town. There is no chance any of the recent 10/10 reviews are real. The TV was broken (smashed) the room was disgustingly dirty (I dropped something when I was packing my bag to check out and there was an emerging civilization forming under the bed), random mismatched furniture, people screaming in the parking lot till 2 am every night, the deadbolt on the door had no bolt in it so the dial just spun free, the bathroom had 2 mismatched raggedy towels with no washcloth, the water pressure in the shower was so bad it took a full 30 seconds to get my hair wet, and when I was trying to get the wifi password from the front desk, they were gone somewhere (it turns out they weren’t even on the property), so I called the number on the door and stood there for 10 minutes waiting for them to return. If you find yourself in a situation like mine, sleep in your car.

I like how due to a booking mistake they were able to find a room to accommodate. I was put in room 21, the room was filthy and had a stench of mould and strong spices and herbs. The walls had hand prints & the bed was dirty also with the pillows smelling like someone dirty had slept there. They also had brown smudge marks. The floor had some kind of debris. Hopefully, this was not the case for the rest of the rooms.

The staff at the front was kind and helpful, however our room was old, outdated, and grungy. There was a bare minimum level of cleanliness, this was the dirtiest motel room I would actually stay in. Our comforters were so badly stained we only slept with our top sheets, and there were stains on the pillows and towels as well. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, and the windows were opened wide and didn’t lock. The beds were quite uncomfortable, like you could feel every spring in your back. All in all, it was adequate for our last minute need of a place to stay for a couple nights, and the best price we found in town.
