Welcome to Kieler Strasse 212, where a modern architectural design greets you at the entrance.

"We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"The staff are very nice and helpful. There is a coffee machine available 24 hours a day. The rooms are large, good standard. Good cleaning. There is a gym available. 3 washing machines and 3 dryers available. This is a very good hotel."

"Niche hotel experience in Hamburg. A truly unique experience. Located at the top of a World War bunker, a major tourist attraction in it's own right. Hotel is clean, modern but not like any other hotel in its set up. There's no bar, no restaurant and just a small reception area...but there are a restaurant and coffee shop on the same floor for residents to use. Decent location.. Great views over Hamburg. Small clean modern rooms. Internet tv, Alexa in the room is a nice touch. 25 mins walk to the river, 20 to the Reeperbahn. UBahn is next to hotel for easy transport options including the airport. Enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Would stay again "

"Very nice location surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Very comfortable room with high quality items. The only issue was nobody informed us about self check in. Also the front door has issue to open with our room key which we resolved it with front desk after 3 days. "

"Make sure to contact the owner before you get there. Turns out they needed passport info before they can give passcode to get into the building, but I was traveling for a few days before with spotty internet, ended up sitting downstairs for almost an hour on the 1st day of my reservation going back and forth with management until they could verify everything and finally let me into the unit. Overall mostly my fault for not doing this in advance, but don’t make the same mistake I did. Make sure that 24 hours before you already have the code you need to get inside. Great unit as advertised though. Bus was a block away, very convenient. "
