"The owner went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The place was beautiful. The building is historic and the rooms quite comfortable with many amenities. We only stayed for one evening but the room could support a much longer stay (kitchen included in our room). We included breakfast and the meal was an excellent traditional breakfast. The staff was also attentive and the owner as well. It was about 15 minute walk to the train station & 30 minutes to the city center."

The breakfast was worth it having a variety of pastries, cereals, and warm foods such as eggs and sausages. The pillows were getting a little flat and probably could use some replacing. "It's next to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and there are shady characters loitering around at all times. I checked out around 9 30 in the morning and there was already a heavy police presence between the hotel and train station entrance because two young women got into a physical altercation."
