"We had a stay in this hotel previous year as well. At 2021 it was spotless clean all over the place and this is why we decided to come again. This time, that was not the case, when it comes to cleanliness. It pretty much matches reviews by everyone else (room wise). Pool area was clean, restaurant was clean, lobby was clean. This is important as well and these areas were clean. However, rooms were not so clean and if we didn't asked for cleaning on 6th day of our 12 night stay they would not...

"The staff were very friendly and attentive, they made us feel home. Room cleaning frequency was very good, AC was working well which was very important to us,

loved the pool and slides. Food was delicious and the variety was just enough. The hotel is very close to the center and we enjoyed restaurants and shops in the walking distance. It was a great stay"

"Die Unterkunft benötigt dringend eine Renovierung, weil alles in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Wasserbersorgung ist schlecht, es kommt kaum Wasser aus der Dusche oder Waschbecken. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch und keinerlei Abwechslung."

"Was completely unhappy with our stay. The television was not working properly, no channels in English. Bathroom drains were clogged and backed up. Parking was not convenient. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful."
