"Communication was easy and fast with the owner, they have the option to leave a key in lockbox for you. This property was pretty big! The whole home sleeps at least eight people, if not more. There is an upstairs ( multiple bedrooms and 1 bath) and a downstairs, a full kitchen, sitting area, a dining area, and a little living room. It was very clean and the bathroom downstairs had a nice spacious shower area. It was just my husband and I, but I would imagine coming here with a family and...

"When arrived it seemed that they were overbooked. Our studio was given to someone else. The replacement studio they gave us was terrible. A studio with 3 beds present. No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality."

"The airport shuttle did not show up to the airport so we had to hire a taxi. This was quite frustrating as I had inquired more than 24 hours regarding the free shutte service as requested. The front desk staff did refund us for the taxi fee but be aware that the shuttle is not logoed. Be sure to communicate with the Country Inn as to how to catch the free airport shuttle ahead of time to prevent a lengthy wait for nothing."
