The Art Hotel offers the best breakfast in Sarande and the rooms are flawless. The staff always strive to keep the customer happy. It is a beautiful experinece that I highly recommend.

The staff were great, however the breakfast was quite limited, and the hotel was right in the centre of a lot of construction. As such it was quite noisy at night and though out the day. The photos appear to do the hotel a lot more justice then they appear.

Lovely hotel, staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Great pool area with amazing views. We had the best balcony I have ever had in a hotel, the building is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience

Super friendly and helpful staff who were always available to help and answer any questions we had. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of food options. Location is great but a bit of a walk to the main beaches and restaurants. Street parking available. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Art Hotel.

Amazing hotel

The hotel was amazing! It was super clean and had a gorgeous view of SarandĂ«. It’s a 20 minute walk from the centre, which meant the hotel was quiet and relaxing at night time. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, there was always staff available in the hotel should you need any assistance. We will definitely come back! Loved it!

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a nice view from our balcony across to Corfu. The pool and room were clean and breakfast was tasty. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay

Only negative is that the hotel is far up on a hill, so make sure to have some kind of transportation. Elsewise a very good and comfortable hotel with good pool and tanning area. Make sure to get a room with seaview. The view is amazing.

Our stay at the Art Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which was spacious with comfortable loungers and music that perfectly matched our taste. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all preferences. The staff, although young, were very friendly and attentive. We also watched the EM game at the hotel and enjoyed a meal, along with two complimentary shots. Additionally, the Lost Seaside Beach Club is within walking distance, adding to the convenience of our stay. Overall, the Art Hotel provided a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

Avoid

The staff are friendly. That’s really the only positive. The breakfast is pretty depressing, and we didn’t bother with it. We ended up going elsewhere to buy a real breakfast. We were also woken up at 8 in the morning on Sunday by a giant digging machine across the street, shaking our building.

Nice stay with a nice pool area. The staff procedures was a bit weird ? They were coming to check our mini bar every second day, which seemed very strange as they would pry their way into our hotel room whilst we were there ? Also upon arrival our aircondition didn’t work, which was fixed but the technican left a big mess and we were offered no cleaning. Even though there was screws on our floor.

Terrible breakfast, no one at the front desk or on the property, barking dogs that live on site (plus a rooster for a neighbor), loud construction noise next to the property, power goes off a lot, hot water off every morning and you have to park in the street(not near the street or the side of the street, but actually in the street). What is not to love? Oh and the adrress/directions on Expedia are completely wrong. It will take you to a completely different hotel. I will dispell one more myth while I am on a roll. Saranda is pretty much a dump. I would not waste a trip to come here. Let my mistake be your learning. Skip it!

Wir waren 8 NĂ€chte in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Unser Start war etwas holprig, da wir nachmittags eincheckten und zum Abend auf einmal eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels mit einer Karte unser Zimmer öffnete und in unserem Hotelzimmer stand. Das fanden wir selbstverstĂ€ndlich etwas merkwĂŒrdig und waren eher weniger erfreut darĂŒber. FĂŒr uns als Deutsche war es zudem etwas ungewöhnlich, dass es fĂŒr die Bettdecken keinen Bezug gab, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Der Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich, allerdings wurde unser Bad in diesem Zeitraum nicht einmal gesĂ€ubert (Waschbecken, Boden). Pool und Speisebereich waren dafĂŒr aber sehr schön!

Les chambres sont pas mal, le petit dĂ©jeuner est le mĂȘme tous les jours (un peu rĂ©barbatif au bout de 2 petits dĂ©jeuners), le vrai souci est la musique trop forte Ă  la piscine dĂšs 10h du matin jusqu'a 22h. La piscine en elle-mĂȘme est bien avec un bassin pour les plus petit. AprĂšs en termes d'emplacement, c'est pas super pratique, car loin du centre ville et sur la haut d'une Coline. Pour y accĂ©der, il faut la monter et 300 mĂštres de montĂ©e Ă  30% quand on est en fin de journĂ©e aprĂšs un peu d'alcool, c'est trĂšs trĂšs compliquĂ©

Bon cadre, des ratés et un service trÚs léger

Au dĂ©but tous semblait bien, bon cadre, emplacement dans les hauteur (prĂ©voir une voiture), design et assez rĂ©cent. Puis une circonstance de problĂšme : il manquait une ampoule sur les lumiĂšres de lecture (1/2), la tĂ©lĂ©vision ne marchait pas, oublie de gel douche, l’interrupteur des toilettes qui se bloque ( alors qu’il est neuf) les joint de porte d’entrĂ©e d la chambre mal calibrĂ©s Mais la crĂšme de la crĂšme : le service de nettoyage qui rentre dans la chambre le matin Ă  11h, sans pression mĂȘme en lui disant non. Sans gĂȘne elle entame mĂȘme la discussion la porte ouverte. S’en suis un mĂ©nage dĂ©sastreux le reste du sĂ©jour. Enfin notre derniĂšre nuit s’achĂšve sur une panne de la Clim dans notre chambre. En rĂ©sumer : Les point positif : la vue, la piscine, le design. Les point nĂ©gatifs : le service de mĂ©nage, les finitions/details. Ça reste quand mĂȘme positif, mais des dĂ©tails ca joue quand on paye un quatre Ă©toile.

Fint hotell med supertrevligt poolomrÄde, bra frukost med stort utbud. Fina rum med sköna sÀngar. Felaktig information i beskrivningen av hotellet, gÄngavstÄnd till Mango beach 2 min och nÀra fÀrjeterminalen, inget av detta stÀmmer. De borde ocksÄ vara tydliga med att sÀga att hotellet ligger högt uppe pÄ en kulle, svÄrt för barnfamiljer, Àldre mÀnniskor och personer som har vissa kroppsliga problem. Servicen var vÀldigt ojÀmn.

Fantastiskt lĂ€ge uppe pĂ„ höjden. Supertrevlig personal. JĂ€ttefina rum. Fem min promenad nerför/uppför till trevliga restauranger (testa gĂ€rna Hi Saranda) nedanför hotellet. Enda minus Ă€r att de spelar VÄLDIGT hög musik vid poolen.
