"Very comfortable 5 night stay. Our room was spacious and modern, with a comfy sofa to relax on. Room was also warm and really quiet. Breakfast was very good, self service buffet style, with plenty of choice. Complementary hot drinks were also available 24/7, from machine next to reception. We made good use of this, taking a coffee or hot chocolate up to our room after a day’s sightseeing. "Great hotel!! I went as a solo (female) traveler for a work trip and felt very safe and welcomed both by the city, the neighborhood and the staff. The staff was incredibly nice in providing suggestions and tips to the city, as well as helping me find the Airport Bus Stop because I didn’t feel comfortable taking a taxi alone. The hotel was really close to the old town and all the touristic attractions without being in the centre, so all museums, the university and restaurants were pretty close...

"Dodgy connection from Hotels.com to the RadonPlaza booking system, but resolved after a few minutes drama. Friendly, helpful staff, cavernous rooms, great breakfast and a ROTATING 15th floor restaurant!!!!! Close (just 2km) to the airport and great value for money."

But rough round the edges but fantastic overall

"Great location hotel opposite eternal flame. Very walkable to all the sights of Sarajevo. Would have been good to know that reception is on the 9th floor, I arrived after a long trip late at night to find nothing and no one at the front of the hotel so panic set in. Luckily a cleaner arrived to inform me. Room was basic, some dodgy wiring but nothing that puts me off. Views across Sarajevo were amazing - corner windows in my room and ones that stretched the length of the bathroom meant I had views of the mountains. Went up to the roof terrace - didn’t eat or drink there but looked pretty special. Overall really liked the hotel "
