Okay for a quick stay
Lady of the property was very helpful, the overall cleanliness was very good, provided things for our dog which was good Parking off site was a little far but safe, property was along side a busy road but room was at the rear so quite for sleep

很乾淨的房間環境
房間雖不大但乾淨整齊，也有一台大台空氣清淨機和暖器機！老闆闆娘很親切，雖然不會中文但會一點英文，很熱情❤️浴室雖小但水夠大夠熱，附近也有公車站牌，逛小樽運河和天狗山很方便

まず、エレベーターが無い！次に、話し声が聞こえ、他の部屋の下水の音が、すごく聞こえる！雨の日に着いたのですが、干すところが無いし！ハンガーも、一人に一つしか無くて、とても困った。それと、ホテルの場所が、わかりにくかった！

まるで海外のHOTEL
とても過ごしやすく、ヨーロッパのアートなHOTELのようでした。 リノベーションなど取り組みなどもとても素敵です。 スタッフの方の心遣いも良かったです。 次回も、小樽に行く際は必ずこちらでお世話になりたいと思います。

小樽ひとり旅の1泊
4月にオープンということで、とても綺麗でオシャレなところでした！駐車場が少し離れたところですが、ご主人がその都度駐車しに行ってくれ、必要な時にまた車を用意してくれました。他の宿泊者が水を使うと、排水管の音が気になりましたが、それ以外は◎。小樽周辺も歩いて行ける距離。
