We never met any staff because of automatic check in. There were two separated toilet. one bath tub, and one shower booth. very spacious.

We were fairly happy with our stay. It's not a luxury accommodation, but it's fairly comfortable and very spacious. I give a 4, because AC was not working when we arrived. We contacted the support line at 10pm and they gave us some instructions to make it work for a little bit. They fixed it, but it took two days. We were right in susukino district during street festival. That was great!

Had a problem retrieving the password for getting in at the first night. No staff was on duty at the front desk. For travellers who do not speak Japanese, it's difficult to get help. But overall, the room's clean and spacious. We had a relaxing experience there.

チェックインの時間が予定より遅くなってしまったので、何度か連絡しましたが、ロビーも無人で事前に連絡がとれず不安でした。 タブレットでチェックインできずロビーから電話連絡で何とかチェックインしました。 宿はゴミが落ちていましたが、お値段がその分お安かったで、しかたないのかなと思いました。

５人で予約してあるのに、５人分の寝具がよういしてなかった。聞くとベット５人の場合ベットに2人ずつ寝て布団布団は一人分ですいわれた。 その説明は、ふつうに思わないとおもいます。 結果、持ってきてくれたので、良かったのですけどね。 　 注意事項的にかいてほしかったです。

3대 무려 11명 대가족이 이용했습니다. 스스키노역에서 멀지 않아서 더 좋았고, 거실 공간이 아주 넓찍해서 아이들이 특히 좋아했습니다. 화장실과 샤워공간도 두개씩이라서 붐비지 않게 잘 사용했습니다. 다음에서 대가족이 삿포로를 찾게 된다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 다만, 구글맵에 나온 곳으로 가면 란도르 호텔로 나옵니다.. 그래서 한참 헤맸는데 구글맵에 나올 수 있게 조치해주시면 좋겠습니다.

中はとても広々していてぱっと見は小綺麗な感じでしたが空気清浄機の上とか埃が気になりました。 ひと休憩にコーヒーを入れようとしたら電気ポットは割れていて水漏れ。 風呂上がりドライヤー使用するとこれまた故障！ 連泊するので緊急連絡先にメールしましたが次の日出掛けて戻ると新品の物に交換されていましたが娘たちや妻朝もドライヤー無しで髪をセット。 かろうじてアイロンは持って行ったので良かったです。 駐車場無かったけど近くにコインパーキングあるから空港からレンタカーで行きましたがちかくに飲食店が沢山あるので夕方早くに埋まってしまうのでレンタカー使う方は注意したほうが良いですよ♪

만족합니다! 추천해요.

무인시스템 이고 무언가 안될때는 5분 거리에 있는 다른 란도르호텔에 연락하니 친절하게 응대해주었습니다. 5층을 사용했으며 엄청 넓었어요. 샤워실2개, 화장실2개, 세탁기, 커피포트, 전자레인지, 다양한 식기 및 조리도구 등이 있습니다. 더블침대가 3개이며 별도로 이불세트가 다량 있습니다. 최소 10명은 잘 수 있습니다. TV는 LG스마트 티비로 유튜브, 네플릭스 등을 볼수있어요. 가족끼리 2박을 묵었는데 너무 좋았습니다.
