At check in the clerk couldn’t find my confirmed booking. He kept telling me I needed to book another reservation. He eventually found my reservation after about 30 minutes. Also, he said I can leave the car parked outside the hotel, I was told later by another clerk that it is restricted at certain times of the day. I would have gotten a ticket!

Hotel muito bem aconchegante, quartos bem limpos, banheiro espaçosos! Atendimento dos funcionários ótimos, café da manhã com boa variedade e de bom sabor. O local é bem localizado, próximo dos locais, apenas ter cuidado com a região que tem os moradores de rua. Mas em relação ao hotel ótimo, estive recentemente em outubro nada de mal.

Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto grande e limpo, café da manhã simples e muito gostoso. Sugestões de melhoria: mais um ponto de iluminação no quarto e a porta não estava bem ajustada ao batente, fazendo muito barulho ao se fechar. Recomendo o hotel sim!

Foi tudo muito tranquilo, eu só não lembro de ver que não tinha estacionamento incluso, no hotel não tem estaciomento proprio. Outra coisa, tinha a opção de reserva com almoço, só que chegando la ouvi um casal fazendo o check in nessa opção e a atedente falando que não tinha essa opção, achei um absurdo, porém não sei se isso é um problema do site ou do hotel que cadastrou errado.

Ótimo custo/ benefício, recomendo
Hospedagem muito confortável, equipe muito prestativa e eficaz. Alguns móveis e portas com pequenos desgastes, mas nada que tenha prejudicado o conforto do apartamento. Falando em conforto, ponto positivo para esquadrias com vidros duplos (termo acústicos) de grande eficácia. O A/C poderia ser do modelo split, mas ainda são do modelo janela. A única reclamação em relação ao serviço, é sobre a equipe do café da manhã, que tem pressa em recolher os utensílios, mesmo querendo comer repetir alguma refeição e fazê-la com calma, mas acredito que seja pela limitação de lugares em relação à quantidade de apartamentos. Localização: tem muitas pessoas em situação de rua nos arredores do hotel, porém não aparentam ser agressivos ou perigosos (pelo menos, os que vi/interagi) tem mercado, farmácia e o Bar da Brahma, tudo à 2 minutos a pé, e grande contingente policial. Resumindo: sem dúvidas, voltaria novamente.
