This is a clean, well-run property in a good location. The staff was friendly and attentive. On the last day we asked for a late check-out and they generously offered us 4pm without additional charge!

This is a high end business hotel in a nice walkable area of São Paulo. The room was clean and had nice amenities. Breakfast was amazing! Unfortunately the hotel could not accommodate an early check-in and a late check-out during this stay, even when I was willing to pay. Not sure I will be back - there are more friendly hotels nearby.

Overall a great hotel in an amazing area of São Paulo. Super walkable to many gourmet restaurants and shopping. The only small issue with our stay was that the air conditioning was making a very loud sound whenever it was turned on, which was unpleasant for sleeping. However, we informed the hotel and they will most likely fix this for next guests.
