"This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

"Really confortable hotel for one night before/after a flight. You will hear the planes go by as the airport is very close. My only complaint would be that the shuttle doesn't run often enough (maybe every 1h15 minutes) and the shuttle didn't say 'Hampton' on it, so we took a Uber. Breakfast at restaurant was good, but we didn't fine the food good the other meals. "

"The staff at this property are not particularly friendly. When entering or exiting hotel, the front desk staff look at you as if you’re a homeless off the street. No hellos, no byes, just suspicious nasty look. "

Water pressure and hot water were excellent! Breakfast included a lot of options and was very good. The area is safe and convenient to a number of upscale dining options, particulary Italian restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool water was greenish, murky and uninviting. Overall a good to very good hotel for its price."
