It doesn't feel like you are in São Paulo. You are surrounded by nature and a beautiful park. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Excellent pool and gym. Super spacious and clean rooms and the best Michelin star restaurant Jean-Georges is located on the main floor. Please make sure to reserve this restaurant a month in advance. It's worth every penny!

The service at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is excellent. Will absolutely stay again. Spa services were good for my partner. We had one issue at check in with one staff member due to a credit card issue but that person was not representative of the overall staff. nice place but they don't respect partnership. I had to ask for an upgrade after my check in - I was already in my room, and after a while , they said there was no available room for upgrade. no discount of 20 por cent in my dinner. I stayed in this hotel for only one night.

Nice place, but staff are ok. Stayed for a night and woke up to a letter asking to come to the front desk as the pre-authorization value was under what I had spent, even though was checking out that day. Extremely inappropriate considering I had already paid for the hotel and left a pre-authorized value on my card. Seems like they have people that don’t end up paying for what was consumed at the hotel. And had extra charges to my room that weren’t mine. Close to US$200 that I had to ask them to remove from my room. Wouldn’t expect this from a 5-star hotel. Not returning.

Não valeu o valor cobrado.
Tinha tudo para ser ótimo. Mas nos colocaram em um quarto em cima da festa de casamento que ocorria no hotel. Já passava das 23h com som alto. Fui perguntar até que horas ia a festa e a resposta foi até as 4 da manhã. Eram 23h30 e eu perambulava exausto de pijamas pelo corredor do hotel para trocar de quarto. Nos colocaram num quarto dito superior, mas nos tiraram a vista para o bosque, nos colocando de vista para a entrada do hotel, onde chegam os carros. Além disso a tv ficava paralela a cama. Ou seja para assistir tinha que ficar com a cabeça torta. O hotel que diz ser sustentável não respeita sequer a lei do silêncio. Ninguem sequer pensou em evitar as reservas do quartos acima do salão. Um hotel no meio de um parque, ofertando o silêncio, só me ofertou o stress. No restaurante, garçons andando rápido de um lado para o outro discutindo entre si. Iam para todo o lado, só não nos atendiam. Tive que pedir pelo Menu 10min depois de sentado a mesa. Quando vinham atender, vinham com falso sorriso. Parecia até deboche. Tinha que implorar para ser atendido. A vontade era de ir embora. A jaccuzzi do spa peca em ser pequena. Os hospedes ficam "duelando" para ver quem entra. É a 2a vez que hospedamos no hotel e em 4 anos não fizeram nenhuma melhoria. Era nosso aniversário de casamento. Nos receberam com um mimo no quarto e muita coordialidade no checkin. Tivemos que manter o bom humor para não ter a noite arruinada. Um hotel lindíssimo e luxuoso que nos deixou em maus lençois.
