Equipado e bem localizado

Achei muito bem equipado, muito bem localizado e com uma excelente vista. Recomendo prudência com o baú que fica na varanda. Ele tem rodas e quase sofri um acidente sério com ele, quando encostei na parede com os pés descansando sobre um banquinho. Ele foi para frente e eu fui para trás. Recomendo trocar o rodízio por pés fixos ou por rodízios com trava. O esgoto do banheiro estava dando retorno e isto incomodou bastante. Os atendentes da portaria são educados e fui bem recebido.
