OK, but not a good location.
The room was fine although basic, with minimal furniture. Breakfast was good. I suspect the street was much more attractive when the hotel was built. now it is shabby and noisy at night. I'm glad my room was not at the front of the building.

Valor acessível pela localização da hospedagem, porem as toalhas estavam muito velhas sem telefone nos quartos para comunicação com a recepção, cafe da manha sem muita variedade, limpeza do quarto feita somente apos solicitação (Deveria ser feita diariamente, já que todos os dias o quarta esteve livre)mas pelo valor esta razoável.

Hotel com um bom serviço, mas em um prédio velho.
Desde o início até o check out, o atendimento foi o melhor ponto, muito bom. Funcionários carismáticos, atenciosos e profissionais em todos os setores. Com relação ao serviço, só elogios a pontuar, principalmente ao café da manhã. Delicioso. Com relação a estrutura do hotel, há pontos a melhorar, principalmente com relação ao próprio prédio. É visivelmente um prédio antigo, e o desgaste está em toda parte. Elevadores, corredores, portas, na cama de casal (aparentava ter mais de 20 anos de tão velha, desgastada). Nota-se manchas e partes quebradas no concreto. Elevador com buracos nas partes de madeira do mesmo, além de piso desgastado. As toalhas que me foram entregues na recepção estavam bem surradas. Limpas, mas bem velhas.

Já esperava que não seria um hotel 5 estrelas, porém algumas coisas me surpreenderam negativamente. Ruas sujas e com forte odor se urina; Muitas ocorrências de uso de ópio na região; Banheiro sem box (molhava tudo); Falou água no primeiro dia; Problemas com insetos no quarto (formigas e outro que prefiro não citar aqui); Não posso deixar de apontar os pontos positivos também. Funcionários super solícitos; Localização, apesar dos pontos negativos (citados acima), é boa. Perto de restaurantes, metro e pontos turísticos;

Hotel simples mas bem organizado. Estao fazendo reformas que vão melhorar o hotel. Camas limpas e organizadas. No banheiro oferece comodidades como sabonetes e uma toalha a qual deve ser devolvida no momento do checkout. Faltou ducha higiênica no banheiro. Hotel bem simples e com preços baratos.

Estadia de 4 dias no Plaza Olido: Agosto/2024
O hotel apresenta quartos bem espaçosos, tanto o de solteiro quanto o de casal. Porém, são pouco funcionais (poderia ter mais armários/cabides/estantes/nichos pra pendurar roupas e organizar os itens da viagem. O banheiro não tem uma porta que possa fechar, diminuindo a privacidade. No quarto que me hospedei tinha um cheiro bem forte de cigarro. Após 1 das trocas de toalha, elas vieram sujas. Durante minha hospedagem faltou luz no bairro e o prédio não conta com gerador de emergência, ou seja, ficamos sem chuveiro elétrico e sem elevador também, que tornou a descida bem problemática, principalmente para pessoas idosas que tiveram que ir de escada. Os 2 elevadores (e o prédio em si) aparentam ser bem velhos, com algumas partes dele quebradas ou rachadas. Eu havia lido alguns comentários do começo do ano avisando que o prédio estava em reforma e até o momento continua, com um cheiro forte de tinta em algumas partes. Por fim, embora seja bem localizado, próximo do metrô da República, na rua do Hotel não entra carro então tem que andar um pouco pra pegar Uber. E a rua, localizada no centro de São Paulo, é bastante perigosa, com muitos moradores de rua, além de em algumas noites ter música alta nos arredores.
