Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Do que mais gostei foi as opcoes de fartura no cafe da manha, realmente muito excelente. Do que nao gostei, nao tinha tv smart, aluguei no expedia visualisando a escola da cama foi casal na hora do cheking me deram um quarto com cama de solteiro. O check foi para o dia de sabado 24 de Maio, mas na hora do check in quando cheguei me disseram que dia 23 deveria fazer o check out ou pagar mais uma diaria para permanecer ate o dia 24; somente consegui resolver a questao porque thinha o voucher impresso e mostrei que tinha pago a estadia ate o dia 24 de Maio, isso ja foi a primeira impressao ruin que tive na chegada, tambem o elevador quebrado tive que subir 4 lances de escada.

Desorganizados, péssimo hotel.

Tentei contato com hotel para avisar que iria chegar no horário limite para o checkin e não estavam achando minha reserva, cheguei 22 hrs no hotel e não estavam achando, fiquei quase 1 hora esperando eles localizarem minha reserva com duas crianças esperando dormindo na recepção após uma viagem de 6 horas de ônibus. Aí quase 23 hrs localizaram e me informaram que não tinha mais quartos disponíveis com ar condicionado, me colocaram em um quarto totalmente diferente com ventilador de teto. Não tinha mais o que fazer, só queria um banho, 3 para minha surpresa a água do chuveiro não estava esquentando, tivemos que tomar banho frio quase 00:00, minha filha menor estava com febre e nem tomou banho. Resumindo, foi apenas 1 diária, meia pelo horário de chegada e não tivemos nada do que foi oferecido, sem ar condicionado, sem água quente ( pois não conseguiram resolver) e constrangimento no checkin. Não gostei da experiência.

O hotel cumpre com o valor proposto! A localização não é das melhores, pra quem não conhece sp não deve andar em volta do hotel à noite e de dia com muito cuidado! Não recomendo, muito próximo da Cracolândia o que acaba tornando a experiência muito tensa, principalmente se for turistar e andar durante o período da noite. Solicitamos uma cama de casal e nos colocaram em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro juntas, então quando estávamos deitados abria um espaço entre as duas camas, deixando extremamente desconfortável, além de que uma das camas era extremamente dura, e a outra afundada (você sentia o estrado da cama). O café da manhã com poucas opções e básico. Mas os atendentes foram cordiais e solicitos.

O Hotel atendeu a nossa necessidade, mas esperamos cerca de 40 minutos porque não havia quarto disponível. Ficamos em um quarto com duas camas de solteiro juntas, e não foi interessante a experiência. OIs recepcionistas foram excelentes, mas percebe-se a desorganização do hotel, inclusive com a falta de apoio ao funcionário

Aluguei para trabalhar, recebi um e-mail informando o que o apartamento oferecia, porém não tinha ar condicionado, apenas um ventilador, muito barulho da rua, mesmo no terceiro andar. O frigobar vazio, se precisasse de água tinha que descer. A televisão pequena e não era smart, mesmo a tv aberta estava sem sinal. O lençol da cama de casal eram dois lençois de solteiro, extremamente desconfortável. Chuveiro muito antigo e fluxo de água ruim.

Positivo: Custo benefício muito bom. Café da manhã bem gostoso, recepção 24 h e cordial, localização próxima de estações de trens e metrôs, espaços culturais incríveis Negativo: A acomodação necessita de uma limpeza melhor e de cobertores mais novos. Quarto limpo e bem arrumado ,com ar ,tv e chuveiro funcionando...café da manhã bom...a única reclamação eh da recepcionista do chekin que tinha uma má vontade que quase desisti de ficar no hotel...outra coisa não informam direito sobre o estacionamento,me disseram q era 30,00 a diária e na hora me cobraram 50,00 cd diária.
