Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos, porem o lugar parecia mas um Motel, sem condições de poder dormir, saimos antes do tempo de estadia, alem disso pedi duas long neck e uma agua, pagar 49 reais em isso. Uma experiência pra nunca mais voltar.

Cheguei e não havia no sistema a minha reserva. Encontrada, após eu passar minutos preciosos, quase uma hora receber e fornecer detalhes da reserva, não havia vaga disponível na unidade. Fui enviado a outra, onde fui bem atendido e recepcionado. Num quarto abaixo da média, pelo meu padrão, mas vem atendido e direcionado. Dia após s hospedagem, fui enviado ao local original. Onde não houve a mesma simpatia: quarto sem roupa de cama, sem cardápio ou relação de serviços, e ainda sem serviço telefônico, já que os números discados não tinham retorno. HORROROSO o serviço fornecido, em especial, na unidade da Vila Maria. A do Belém é melhor e mais recíproca.

Preço acessível, tive problemas com temperatura de chuveiro a Adm trocou meu quarto! Pela fácil acessibilidade aos demais bairros, o preço entrega o básico de estadia. Podiam melhorar qualidade dos colchões! Infelizmente os quartos cheiram cigarro, por mais que peçam pra não fumar, as pessoas não respeitam. Impregna nos travesseiros e todos o ambiente. No geral quem procura estadia barata e próximo de tudo, a opção entrega!

Minha experiência não foi muito boa. Na entrada não estavam achando minhas reservas e queriam cobrar um dos quartos, sendo que já estava tudo pago. Esperava que tivesse garagem, como nas fotos, mas não tinha e precisei pagar um estacionamento. Além disso, os quartos estavam bem sujos e o hotel claramente era um antigo motel, ainda sendo usado para a função. O hotel também era extremamente barulhento por ter paredes de drywall, e claro, pois a porta do banheiro, no qual havia uma janela, era de vidro e iluminava o quarto inteiro logo ao amanhecer. Não sou de reclamar, mas realmente estava esperando um pouco mais do hotel e acho importante que os outros possíveis hóspedes saibam o que estão contratando

Foi horrível!! Cheiro de cigarro no apartamento, cabeceira da cama quebrada, vaso banheiro descarga quebrada, muito sujo e roupas de cama desagradável. Não recomendo ninguém ir para esse hotel.

Mentiroso, anuncio diz que tem estacionamento gratis ( mentira) encaminha voce a outro lugar e voce paga R$ 30,00. diz que tem café (mentira) se vc quiser paga, Elevador nunca funciona. fora os funcionarios que tentam ser agradaveis, o restante é muito complicado.
