Hotel muito bem localizado, bem limpo apesar de mal conservado; bastante simples. Não se preocupa com acessibilidade - tem degraus por todo o lobby e para acesso ao café da manhã, e mesmo dentro do quarto. Meu filho utiliza cadeira de rodas motorizada e foi bastante complicado movimentá-lo. Serviu para o que precisávamos - dormir uma noite.

Cumpre o papel.
Cumpre muito bem seu papel, de ser um hotel bom, bem localizado e se o pensamento for economia. Só achei o colchão um pouco velho e desconfortável e os chuveiros não esquentam. Porém se o foco for economizar em sua estadia vale à pena. Ótimo café da manhã.

Necessário fazer algumas melhorias para que o custo benefício seja razoável. Ar condicionado de janela extremamente barulhento, secador não funciona, torneira do banheiro desregulada, descarga que precisa ser acionada por umas dez vezes para descer os dejetos. Mofo no teto do banheiro. Ou seja, não há manutenção alguma. O hotel pode ser antigo, mas não se pode prescindir de manutenção.

Se deu objetivo é economizar, OK, senão não vá.
O atendimento é OK, o café da manhã é bastante simples, mas para o valor até que está OK. Um problema é que, além do café da manhã, não há outros serviços no hotel, apenas compra de bebidas na recepção, não há cardápio ou atendimento no quarto. O prédio é antigo, o que não justifica a precariedade das instalações, água fria, encanamento entupido, e coisas do tipo. A única vantagem foi o preço que paguei, pela data comparando com outros da região, era o mais em conta. Se quiser o mínimo de conforto, e esteja a pagar um pouco mais, não vá a esse hotel. Um ponto positivo é o atendimento na recepção, sempre educados, mas não valida o restante dos problemas.

Hotel bem localizado, com restaurante e mini supermercado na mesma rua, atendimento excelente, café da manhã razoável e começa um pouco tarde as 7h, como fui fazer prova, deveria começar as 6h, mas tá bom, sobre o wi-fi, eles possuem uma porta mega forte, aquelas para evitar incêndios, com isso o wi-fi é péssimo dentro do quarto, a sorte que tenho muitos dados do 5G, do contrário estaria ilhado, pois o sinal é muito fraco, devido essa porta mega grossa, chuveiro com goteira forte, tive que fechar o registro pra evitar desperdício de água.

Precariedades
Frio de 16º em SP e o hotel deixa os clientes sem água quente no chuveiro. Durante o café da manhã presenciei um senhor que não sei se era o proprietário ou o gerente proferindo vários palavrões em conversa com um rapaz que acredito que era funcionário do hotel. Ele falava os rapaz sobre um hóspede que havia reclamado do problema da falta de água quente. Limpeza no geral a desejar. Fazem a arrumação do quarto e não trocam toalha e nem repõem sabonetes. As instalações do hotel e da suíte precisando de reparos e pintura. Roupa de cama e toalhas com aspecto de velhos, muito usadas.
