Nice hotel close to transport and a large mall. It’s in a busy city but the hotel was good and the staff was amazing.

A localização do hotel muito boa, o atendimento bom, só acho que devia ter uma pessoa pra ajudar com as malas e nos acompanhar. Limpeza excelente, moças muito atenciosas, faltou fornecimento de toalha de rosto do próprio hotel. Café da manhã muito bom e gostoso. Quanto a pedido de refeição no quarto faltou alguém pra entregar, que poderia se encaixar na pessoa que está faltando pra levar as malas. E não concordo com o pagamento de empréstimo de talheres, pois até poderia ser cobrado se o hospede não devolvesse, mas caso devolvesse deveria ser tirado desse valor cobrado. Quanto ao restante eu achei muito bom. Obrigada

A localizaco é num bairro nobre, mas numa area voltada mais adultos. O hotel é simpatico e ate me surpreendeu no inicio. Mas quando cheguei ao quarto... banheiro minusculo com vaso quase debaixo do chuveiro. Cama terrivel e muito barulho dos outros quartos.

Apesar da ótima recepção dos atendentes (portaria e cozinha), constatei alguns dados negativos que cito: -Quarto muito apertado, sem frigobar, colchão excessivamente duro (nada confortável), chuveiro muito ruim (com muitos furinhos obstruídos). Café da manhã bem restrito.

O atendimento foi ótimo, funcionários educados e prestativos, a única coisa que poderia ser melhor é o chuveiro, pouca água e o jato estava totalmente descoordenado um jato para lá e outro para lá.
