My fiancé and I needed a last minute place to staff on New Year’s Eve. This location was available and we booked it. The location is right near Itaim Bibi, and you can walk to restaurants. We loved the treatment from the staff and the quality of the rooms. Would absolutely come back.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel more of a 2 star.
Poor condition of hotel, room was clean but not upto proper stablndards, cramped. Overall seems dingy and rundown and would certainly avoid. Quite a few things were broken, the tap was also constantly leaking stightly, walls are really thin. The hotel certainly doesnt in anyway meet the 4 star hotel standard, seems more of 2 star hotel. I stayed in a couple of other 4 star hotels in Brazil, there is a stark difference. Positives: breakfast seemed pretty good, very close walk from most offices

Service for check in and check out is not good
We arrived with 4 luggages of a 30 day trip around Brazil and no one offer help to manage the luggage bags from the taxi to our room and vice and versa. We had to do it all. Get the cart, load the luggages, bring to our room and unload the luggages and the same process to get put of the hotel. The guy that was working with the lady in the front we we arrive continue to do nothing while we did all of that. That was January 10th at 10:00 pm. Service is very unreliable.

Fomos bem recebidos e bem direcionados pelo funcionário do estacionamento. Na recepção conseguimos entrar minutos antes do horário do check in, as orientações sobre o funcionamento não são claras (como o uso do cartão chave para acesso ao elevador e o uso do wi-fi). O prédio todo precisa de uma manutenção e reforma, quarto razoável precisando trocar a porta do banheiro e tem espaço apertado, cama boa, espaço do restaurante e café da manhã ok (com boas opções), e a piscina estava suja (não conseguimos utilizar). Os elevadores, passamos por um susto enorme ao usar um dos elevadores a noite e ele simplesmente parar e não responder aos comandos e descer lentamente até o subsolo, onde fica o estacionamento. Ao comunicar os funcionários da recepção, disseram q estão tendo problemas recorrentes desse tipo com o mesmo elevador e chamariam os técnicos de manutenção. No geral esperávamos mais por ser da rede Intercity, e pela localização do hotel.

Quarto Velho, lençóis precários, porta da sacada não fechava, café da manhã ruim. Da outra vez fiquei em um quarto reformado mas dessa vez me colocaram nos antigos, cobrando mesmo valor e era pessimista. No café da manhã veio um cabelo enorme no meu omelete.
