The place is a good area, very accurate as described in the app, there are plenty of restaurants, it’s also located close to Paulista Avenue, which is a great avenue full of tourists attractions. If You don’t know the area very well, I advise you to use uber to go to places, even though the place seems to be very safe.

WiFi was not available and we asked the manager, was told rudely it was a “gesture” to provide WiFi not an expectation. Also, very noisy neighbors but building manager says not their job.

It was an okay experience. I really loved the view from the 21st floor. Staff was nice. Communicate with them via Whatsapp. Wifi didn’t work, only one toilet roll, cleanliness was about a 8/10. Great stay for 4 days solo trip. In order to enter the building you have to ring the doorbell and staff lets you in. Once you are at the door of the room you will be staying in, you will see that it is code locked. The device speaks in Chinese for some reason so hard to understand instructions. But this is how you open it: you place your hand on the knob, then turn the knob upwards, down. If screen is not immediately displayed, press on screen. And then type in password.

Um ótimo Studio com alguns pequenos problemas.
Negativos: Falta tomada, sai água do ar-condicionado e vai direto pra parede do banheiro, ⁠chuveiro não esquenta. Você precisa deixar ele ligado alguns bons minutos até a água começar a esquentar, localização: a entrada fica numa ladeira e você precisa subir uma ladeira pra acessar a portaria. A única coisa que você ganha pra acessar o quarto é a senha. Então pra você entrar no prédio precisa ficar tocando interfone e aguardando liberação do guarda. Quando arrumamos a cama no dia seguinte tiramos os lençóis e percebemos que o colchão estava sujo. Positivos: apartamento bem equipado com vários eletrodomésticos e geladeira. Cozinha com fogão e microondas, prédio tem um mini mercado no térreo que é muito prático, cama confortável, vista e sacada, localização pois está próximo dos principais pontos de SP (rua Augusta, Frei Caneca, Avenida Paulista, etc). Internet de alta velocidade.

Studio confortável para uma viagem a dois!
O studio é muito aconchegante. Estrutura novinha, confortável, limpo e silencioso - ideal para até duas pessoas. A varanda é um charme: tem uma vista para a cidade e traz uma sensação de mais amplitude ao espaço. O sofá vira uma cama, basta puxar e estender. A localização é boa: fica por trás do Sírio Libanês, mas há cerca de 15min a pé para o metrô (Higienópolis-Mackenzie). Pontos negativos: o mal cheiro do banheiro em alguns momentos (sistema de esgotamento) e a falta de alguns utensílios de cozinha e limpeza (pano de prato, liquidificador/mixer, escorredor para massas).
